Love the egg fried rice, Decent food, good sesame chicken hot & sour soup wasn't good but a good fast place to order from.
My mom hates it. She says the fried rice is hard because it's under cooked, but all I eat is the bbq chicken wings and fries which is delicious and reasonably priced compared to other chinese restaurants in the area
Do not be swayed by the location! It's in a strip mall like area in downtown Newark. Order the dumplings! Best I've had in all my travels. The normals like fried rice, shrimp fried rice, combo, General Tso, etc - you can't go wrong! He puts love in it
I love their chicken wings and their Baby shrimp with broccoli and white rice great customer service and my food is always hot and done in a good amount of time 5 stars from me
Screw all other Chinese take out places in Newark, man. This place actually gets the fried stuff nice and crispay, and the sauces aren't drowning in a shit ton of oil. Me likey. Most places just taste like oil & soy sauce, but Kim Yeun delivers more pow in flavor. Awwwwwyeaaaah. One flaw: ONLY CASH!
I've been ordering chinese food delivery from Kim Yeun for the past seven years. I've ordered their egg drop soup, wonton soup, fried chicken wings, bar-b-que spare ribs, general tso's chicken, sesame chicken just to name a few. They're really one of the best chinese food take-outs. They're also very fast in delivery and convenient.
